Josephine Marsh
Josephine is an outstanding accordion player and composer from East Clare, and was an important figure of the music scene in Doolin in the 1990s. Her soulful , sensitive playing is truly unique and her compositions are highly rated, with some of her tunes already being part of the traditional session repertoire. Josephine has played all over the world with her band and it is a great privilege to see her back in Doolin for this concert.
Mick Kinsella
Mick Kinsella is arguably Ireland’s most famous harmonica player. Originally from Tullow, Co. Carlow, Mick has been living in Co. Clare for many years now. His generous personality can be heard in his amazing playing, whether it is Irish traditional music or blues. The sound of the harmonica coupled with Josephine’s accordion create a magical combination which we are delighted to have as part of our “Concerts at the Cave”.
Declan Corey
Declan is a top class Mandolin player and has been a member of the “Josephine Marsh Band” for many years. We’re delighted he was able to join our line up!
